At first when I assumed he would direct me to pre-owned cars for my case. But he did the math in front of me and showed me that leasing is what fits me best. I was hesitant at first and told him I would come back later because I never thought my first car would be a lease. Let alone the insurance coverage I would have to pay. He was more determined in getting me a car than I was. We went back and forth trying to see the best fit. We finally came to an agreement and decided to lease. We hit other obstacles on the way getting the car to the point of canceling the whole deal the last day. But Mark Anthony made it a mission to help me get a car. Mark Anthony had all the paperwork ready and had obtained our out-of-state plates prior to our arrival to pick up the car, and kept us informed every step of the way. Mark also arranged to take in our previous automobile. Dwayne Markland worked with Mark to get a great lease deal for us, and Dwayne (as always) was very transparent with the financing terms and why we got the deal that we got. These two work really well together, and we're happy to keep coming back. We have another car whose lease will be up in the next year, which means we'll be back at Bay Ridge Honda soon! More
