I was not disappointed - from the moment I stepped foot in the door I was treated like a movie star. I worked with Mr. Gambino and Timur Nakhipov. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I never once felt like I was dealing with a "car salesman." They treated me like a friend and made me feel as comfortable and informed as possible. I never once felt persuaded. They both made the entire experience well worth my decision on going to Bay Ridge Honda. Even the associates in insurance and finance were equally as friendly. The day I picked up my car, Timur went out of his way to go over every little detail and feature of the car with me before I pulled away. Such an amazing experience. We were fortunate to have Igor Shiff as our car sales representative. He is an extremely intelligent and easy going person. A friendly, low key approach, no high pressure sales tactics just straight forward answers and a good price. Igor was very thorough and made the whole transaction feel like a 'morning with a friend’ He really put us at ease through the entire process, which can be a quite stressful experience. In less than 2 hours he happily escorted us to our new car at the end of it all— great service! More

Tim got us a great price for our car. Our family greatly appreciated the initiative he took and his follow through from our first steps into the showroom- to when I drove off with my car.
