I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I dropped it off at 4:30 pm on Friday. I waited five hours and was not given any information. I left without my car. On Saturday I did not receive a phone c it off at 4:30 pm on Friday. I waited five hours and was not given any information. I left without my car. I looked over my service paper, noticed the clerk checked off that I did not have an appointment, of course he didn't tell me that. He was the same person I made the appointment with over the telephone. It is inconsiderate to have a customer waiting for a car to be fixed, and a mechanic is not working on the car. I discovered that information when I walked my self back to the service area. These people are extremely inconsiderate. Poor service, overrall! I don't mind paying their exorbitant service cost but at the same time they seem to have a problem servicing customers with "excellence", as they advertise. Seriously consider going somewhere else! More
