This is the only Honda dealership that has EVER charged me LIST prices for parts. Every other dealership in the tri-state area has never done so. I have given the rating I did because upon arriving to the me LIST prices for parts. Every other dealership in the tri-state area has never done so. I have given the rating I did because upon arriving to the parts department, I was ignored for 10 minutes before "Don" the parts guy said, "what do you need" without even acknowledging me (by at least making eye contact). Then it's another 20 minutes before he gets 5 parts (3 fluids, 1 filter, and 1 windshield wiper). After, he re-types the parts to tell me the prices. At this point, every Honda dealership parts representative can put a code which discounts, say, 10% of list price. They always do it. Not at this dealership, not with "Don". He then rudely tells me "Go pay and come back." To my surprise, I see list price = net price (something I have never seen). I am never going to go to this dealership again for parts, service, or anything. I rather sell the car before I go back. From now on, I am buying discounted-free-shipping Honda genuine parts online. They have lost a customer and if I can honestly help it, future customers. More

Mark Dance was incredibly professional. I walked into the dealership with a plethora of questions and he answered every one of them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and was able to recite from dealership with a plethora of questions and he answered every one of them. I traded my 2010 Honda Odyssey, which I purchased from Bay Ridge as well, for a new 2014 Odyssey. Karim was great to work with from the beginning with getting the trade-in value of my old minivan to deli Bay Ridge as well, for a new 2014 Odyssey. Although there is a closer Honda dealer, I decided to go back to Bay Ridge since I had a good experience before and their pricing is fair. The whole process only took me a couple of meetings. The only issue I had was with their pricing of the accessories. I would have thought they would give more of a discount since its really not a big cost to them and would foster better customer relationship. More
The only reason I would ever come back to Bay Ridge Honda is because of Mark Anthony. This guy is the most honest car dealer I ever dealt with. Mark believes in creating a good relationship for the long term and in my opinion, it's good business ethics that bring back customers, not liars who will try to make as much money out of you as they can. It didn't take too much time on negotiating the lease price because he gave us the best deal on the first counter offer. I would definitely recommend Mark Anthony. He saves you time and money! If you walk into this dealership, go straight to Mark Anthony Esmade and you will be dealing with the best guy in there, hands down. He definitely is a patient guy. We didn't feel the pressure that most dealers make you feel when you sit in front of them. It was a good experience. I was skeptical about this place because I did not get a good deal when I came here in 2008 to finance a civic. I definitely did not want to come back either but I gave it a second chance and Mark definitely changed my opinion about Bay Ridge Honda. We visited the dealership to test drive a Honda fit, and the people I met with were helpful, friendly and courteous. I communicated with Mr. Baldassare for nearly two weeks, asking what must have seemed like an endless series of questions. He always responded quickly and courteously. He provided me with detailed information about pricing, including for options, and since I had done my research, I knew the prices were very reasonable. When we made an appointment to test drive a specific car, he had the car ready, the pricing remained exactly the same (actually a few dollars less than originally quoted), he facilitated my donation of my old car, and the dealership insurance rep has likely saved us money on our insurance. Mostly, I have to say that everyone at the dealership made it clear that they wanted my business, which has not been the case at other places. They did NOT try to sell me a bunch of accessories or options I did not want. I was not purchasing a high end vehicle, yet I must say that Mr. Baldassare worked extremely hard to ensure that everything worked well. I highly recommend the dealership, and I wish we had come here first and avoided the nightmare experience we had at another local dealer. More
