Today, April 9, 2013, I found out that Bay Ridge Honday NEVER registered my extended warranty that w warranty from Bay Ridge Honda in November 2007. I called Bay Ridge Honda at 9:15am to speak to someone to help me resolve the problem but no one stepped up the plate until I called America Honda and asked a Honda Rep to call on my behalf. Andy was friendly, professional and knowledgable about the cars and their features and also explained to us about the process of financing if we choose to go that route. We never felt pressured or made to feel inadequate. When we choose our car Andy promptly prepared the necessary paper work and set up an appointment with Joseph Calixtus to discuss extended warrenties and extras. When we met with Joseph he also was friendly, professional and was able to explain the extended warrenty and answer all our questions expertly. The car was promised to us for March 27, 2013 , 5 days after we walked in and it was ready and waiting on that day. We had lost 3 autos in storm sandy and buying a new car was a new experience for us. Bay Ridge honda and in particular the men we mainly worked with made the experience effortless. More
