For lease signing, Roy gave me the break down of costs and the necessary paperwork to fill out. Finally, Chuck (Charles) who isn't listed, guided me through the new vehicle's features to ensure I didn't have urgent questions before driving off. The waiting room was full of customers, but all well-spaced at more than 6’ apart. The staff all wore masks (as did all customers) - I felt safe. The Starbuck’s coffee was good. The 6,000 mile service plus NY State annual inspection were completed in under an hour - at least a half-hour less than I was told to expect.
