Corey was my salesperson and he kept me up to date on pre-filling paperwork and new vehicle availability/scheduling. For lease signing, Roy gave me the break down of costs and the necessary paperwork to fill out. Finally, Chuck (Charles) who isn't listed, guided me through the new vehicle's features to ensure I didn't have urgent questions before driving off. From start to finish, it was about an hour, highly recommend coming to this dealership for a friendly experience. More

Friendly, quick, good COVID 19 pratices They were waiting at 8:50am to immediately take in my car for a 9:00am appointment. The check-in process was quick, efficient and friendly. The waiting room was full of customers, but all well-spaced at more than 6’ apart. The staff all wore masks (as did all customers) - I felt safe. The Starbuck’s coffee was good. The 6,000 mile service plus NY State annual inspection were completed in under an hour - at least a half-hour less than I was told to expect. There is really nothing I could suggest to improve the service and courtesy. Douglas More
