I've been eyeing on a Subaru Forester for a while now. I decided to stop by Bay Ridge Subaru to take a look into the car and see what my options were. This is my first time purchasing a car and he walked me through the process diligently. He was able to answer my many questions and provided me with multiple options of financing plans. He was extremely knowledgeable and courtesy. Mark was also very thorough and professional when we finalized the papers. After the paperwork, Gerald went over the car's function and utility before we drove it home. Overall, 10/10 experience. We will be referring Bay Ridge Subaru to any of our friends/family that is looking to purchasing one. -Jason More

I came in to have my car serviced for the CVT parking brake switch issue and my ac checked. However, the first advisor an asian descent gentleman was just rude, Everything I asked for he claimed could no brake switch issue and my ac checked. However, the first advisor an asian descent gentleman was just rude, Everything I asked for he claimed could not be done and the wait time was 4 hours or leave the car they did not have time tody. I made this appointment weeks ago. Before I could ever suggest anything he said it could not be done. then he walked off and left me standing there and took someone else. However the second advisor Marc Dottavio who actually helped me was kind and considerate. He calmed me down because I felt insulted and disrespected by the first advisor but he listened to my concerns. My key kept getting stuck in the ignition with the parking brake, it happened several times but they were able to duplicate it and fix the issue, He also checked the AC but they found nothing wrong and it only took a couple of hours. Thank you for all your help and patience. Tell the service department they did not finish putting my car together they left the back panel to my middle console laying on the floor. Put my car back completely when you service it. Thank You. More
