I'm only giving a two star rating because the wait time for an oil change and NY State inspection was 4 hours long, and I was never given any updates on the wait time while I was in the waiting room. Init for an oil change and NY State inspection was 4 hours long, and I was never given any updates on the wait time while I was in the waiting room. Initially I was told it would take One and a half hours. Granted, it was the day before Thanksgiving, So it seemed like they were very busy. Choosing to go in for service that date was a mistake. Later I realized after the fact that if I had taken my car to the Subaru dealership where I bought it, they would have done the oil change and NY state inspection for free, so I could have saved $80, also my mistake. The staff at Bay Ridge was very friendly though. More
