From the first time I stepped into the dealership, I knew I wanted to give him the sale. I've been searcing for a car for several months and never had I recieved such great customer service. Being a young woman of African American descent, I've gone to several dealers where I was ignored just coming in or not really given the time of day because I was perceived as not having money or not being serious about buying a car. But not Jorge. From the first day I walked in, he welcomed me right off the bat. He took the time to show me the car I was interested in, explain its features, show me how to use them, and answer my questions. Because I've been looking at the Jetta for a while and done a good amount of research on it I had a good amount of knowledge on the car, so some of the questions I asked were to test if he really knew what he was talking about. And he passed with flying colors! I could tell he knew the car like the back of his hand and gave me some good advice on it. Also, Jorge was not pushy at all, which I appreciated more than anything. I've gone to some dealers where the salesmen were very aggressive and pressuring me to buy on the spot or calling me non-stop afterward. Instead, Jorge simply gave me his card and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. And I did several times. I felt like he was genuinely concerned with me being happy with the car and getting what I want as opposed to just looking at me as a sale. He really fought for me to get the best price possible for the car. For this reason, I highly recommend Bay Ridge Volkswagen for your next Volkswagen purchase and working with Jorge Quezada. More

The relaxed, friendly and professional atmosphere helped make this purchase unconfusing and enjoyable. .This is my third Volkswagen since 1987, I have been driving this car for one week and I should add they sell a great product. Upon walking into the Bay Ridge Volkswagen Dealership I thought my experience would be like any other. However, Jorge changed that perception immediately. After going over all the particulars I was waiting to be priced out of financial means but Jorge didn’t let me down. He truly took the time to go over multiple options that would suit my budget and never once seemed bothered by my circumstances. The end result I am a proud owner of a 2013 Passat TDI SEL edition. After working with Jorge, I was transferred to David to close out the deal and finalize the paperwork. Again I wasn’t let down. David was honest, knowledgeable and clearly explained all the viable options needed towards servicing my vehicle and adding an extended warranty. In the end he didn’t not push anything unnecessary and guided me towards the best plan suited for me; incidentally it was also the cheapest! When I arrived to the dealer with my wife, my heart said GTI Wolfsburg, and my wife hearts was saying Jetta. It was an intense discussion and she was winning the argument. She suggested instead of the GTI get the Jetta GLI it has the same power and performance level as the GTI for you, and for your wife, she will have the sedan she wants. I was sold on the idea immediately; I didn’t realize that VW was so diversified with their products. David, was understanding, knowledgeable, and is a skillful business manager. In my lifetime, I have purchased 8 cars and David was the first that made the experience easy, painless, and exciting. I would recommend this dynamic team to anyone that is in the market to for a VW. Our experiences at other dealers were less than pleasurable and we were really not enjoying the process. Our plan was to go to a few dealerships on a Sunday, with Volkswagen being our first stop. Everyone at Bay Ridge Volkswagen was extremely helpful and friendly. The sales team was very laid-back and we felt absolutely no pressure to purchase during our first visit (though, we did wind up signing the same day). Mr. Quezada spent almost two hours with us showing us new and used Jettas, going over different options from leasing to buying. He had no problem giving us prices and running numbers for us right there, without demanding a credit check or a deposit. We felt the team was very fair and honest and were very comfortable. There were no surprises at all from the time we sat with our sales person through the signing with the finance manager. We never made it to another dealership because there was no need. Ultimately we leased a 2013 Jetta SE with the convenience package at a very affordable price. More
