I recently purchased a '25 Tiguan SEL. I started the process at the end of April, and the car officially released in the US at the end of May. I was referred to Gus (Mikedis) by a friend, and he has helped me throughout the entire process. There was never a sense of urgency, and Gus remained professional during the entire process. He kept me updated real-time and gave me heads-up on what to prepare for in the future. Prior to this purchase, I've despised working with car salesmen (due to the stereotypes that exist within that industry), but this has definitely shed some new, positive light on the entire experience.

But every now and then, someone stands out in a way that’s worth acknowledging. Christian is one of those people. From the beginning of our conversation, there was a calm confidence to the way he spoke. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t rely on tired sales tactics, and most importantly, he listened. It sounds simple, but it’s surprisingly rare. He asked thoughtful questions, understood my needs quickly, and communicated clearly without overselling. What I appreciated most was his professionalism. It was genuine—not rehearsed or forced. Just someone who clearly takes pride in doing his job well. I’ve been fortunate to work with many talented people throughout my career, and I can honestly say Christian is up there with the best of them. He’s the kind of person you hope to come across in business—sharp, respectful, and easy to trust. A true asset to any team. I left my 2021 Atlas Cross Sport at Teddy Volkswagen on March 12, 2026 for a dashboard warning showing the emergency call system was not working (a safety feature). I was told diagnostics would take 24–48 hours. After multiple follow-up calls and no returned messages, I eventually learned a part had been ordered and a Volkswagen Technical Assistance case opened. I picked up my vehicle on March 14 and was told I would be contacted when the part arrived. I have still received no update and no repair timeline, and the safety system remains unresolved. Communication from the service department was extremely poor. If a dealership keeps a customer’s only vehicle for diagnostics, they should at minimum provide updates and follow through. I am currently working with Volkswagen Customer Care to resolve this issue.
