She made sure to get us the most for our money while staying within our budget. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. She made sure to answer all our questions and gives us details we had not thought about. " Did I mention she was patient". We went in with the intention of purchasing a Jetta but after hearing all the wonderful aspects the Passat had to offer we were convince to buy the Passat. Then came the dilemma of choosing a color. We went back and forth between colors until we finally decide on white. All the while Diana was still smiling and patiently assuring us that it was okay to take our time and decide color. We agree on white, left a deposit and made an appointment to finance within 2 days. We went home and next day called Diana asked for a new deal for a Jetta with more bells and whistles; since, after really thinking it over the Passat wasn't realistic for us. Well, Diana worked her magic and was able to offer us what we wanted for the same monthly price for our budget. I can't stress enough how pleased we were to be able to drive out the lot with brand new sunroof car, more features than what we thought our budget would buy, and my husband smiling cheek to cheek.
