brought vehicle in to get A/C repaired. was quoted $1200 to replace condenser. went to another local mechanic for a second opinion and got truck fixed for $110. condenser was not bad just a seal. I am in the process of shopping for a new car and was going to buy local but think I will expand my search out some. More
If I could give a 0 star rating I would. When on the phone with me (a female) the mechanics blamed the "radio waves" and told me to essentially ignore the problem and quickly dismissed my vehicles issue phone with me (a female) the mechanics blamed the "radio waves" and told me to essentially ignore the problem and quickly dismissed my vehicles issues. When we picked up my car the next day because they asked for more time to look at the vehicle because they forgot half of the services that had my car in the service department. As soon as they saw my fiancé (a male) they said there really was a problem. They said there was an "electrical issue" but they couldn't get it to act up while in the shop. As soon as we left it still is having the same issue as before. They told me to "keep a log" of where and when it messes up at. Offering no real solution to my vehicle with less than 5,000 miles on it that has become unreliable and won't work. This car is my ONLY form of transportation and I have to drive it to Paragould every other week from Jonesboro for it to be in the shop. It has become ridiculous and beyond frustrating because I have to find someone who is willing to ALSO go into work late to come pick me up from Paragould so I don't have to wait there all day and miss work. I also called to schedule an oil change 5 days before the appointment and they forgot it completely. I called to see if my car was ready since the service department would be closing by the time we got there. I asked if they had at least done the oil change since the issue couldn't be fixed. They then asked if they could keep my only means of transportation OVERNIGHT so they could get to the oil change in the morning. I was in no position to say no because I needed the oil change done and didn't want to have to find another day to take it up there and at least this way my fiancé wouldn't have to miss more work to take me. We have had my BRAND NEW CAR in your service department that his boss no longer believes that we are at the shop and he is trying to just find an excuse to come into work late. More

Took the truck in it didn’t have a scratch on it. Picked it up and they had it parked right up against a pole on the passenger side very very close. I thought nothing of it. Never looked around it.
