Per factory protocol, technicians must attach a battery charger/maintainer during hybrid system updates. They failed to do this, draining my 12-volt battery to total death and leaving my vehicle completely inoperable. I drove my car onto their lot perfectly fine, and Colin Earls completely refused accountability or to replace the battery his shop destroyed. I had to have my vehicle flat-towed off their lot to James River in Ozark, MO.The service department tried to claim that my car's modules simply "went offline" on their own, assuming I wouldn't investigate. My car drove into their shop bay doors under its own power. In a hybrid vehicle, communication modules do not just drop offline mid-update on a healthy car. They go offline because the shop failed to hook up the factory-required battery maintainer, dropping the voltage below safe limits mid-flash and essentially destroying the electronics.When I confronted him, Colin Earls made a shocking admission: he openly admitted to me that he actively evades doing factory recalls on hybrids specifically to avoid the exact battery-draining situation that he caused on my car.Furthermore, he lied about his shop's actual, legal capabilities to perform these updates. Because of this intentional deception, the Attorney General’s office is currently investigating his actions regarding my vehicle. He is either falsifying repair orders or illegally performing recalls his shop cannot handle. Do not trust this dealership with your safety, your vehicle, or your money. More

When the engine blew in my truck, I had it towed to Bayird West Plains. Since I live 11 hours away, I figured I would trade it in on a new truck. When they came back, they informed me that the price was going to be $2,000 more than what we had agreed to. These guys were really trying to take advantage of a guy that was broke down a long way from home trying to get home for Christmas. I have tried to talk to the GM on many occasions but he refuses to take my calls or even respond by email. Beware of doing business with these guys. More
