Loud clicking noise could not be resolved. I noticed a loud clicking noise coming from my Expedition. I took my vehicle to Bayshore multiple times. I explained the issue as best as I could and I noticed a loud clicking noise coming from my Expedition. I took my vehicle to Bayshore multiple times. I explained the issue as best as I could and ultimately Val decided the noise was coming from my windshield, it was not and no were near to being the issue, so I had a diagnostic test run. The mechanic at Quicklane stated the noise was inside I guess. Because Val put in the work order as the issue being inside the care my one hundred twenty five dollars was for the service department to repeat to me what Val stated. The issue was underneath and it was a heat shield that broke loose. The issue was found by a mechanic that had the same issue with his car. The road test if they ever do any is a joke because 3 months or more of back and forth is insane. If it were not for Wayne I would never take my Expedition back there not even my hoopty. I will only take my vehicles to Bayshore Quicklane if Wayne is there. More
