Last month, I had a very bad experience with this dealership and a particular service manager. I left that day very disappointed. Yesterday I got a call from their new service manager, Joe. Joe was a gentleman and genuinely wanted to hear my situation and help. As a customer I feel like that’s all I can ask for. Joe and I were able to find common ground and move forward. I will continue using this dealership and I would encourage other’s to do so. Problems happen but just know that this dealership values their customers and is willing to try and make things right.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
