I purchased a used 2011 Ford F-150 that was in mint condition and appeared to have no issues as it had just under 22K miles... within 2 weeks it started to have mechanical issues and left me stranded - condition and appeared to have no issues as it had just under 22K miles... within 2 weeks it started to have mechanical issues and left me stranded - twice. Bayside sent it to Ford to have it evaluated/diagnosed and put me in a rental without hesitation while Ford had the truck. After almost 2 weeks with no resolution in sight from Ford, Bayside purchased the Ford back from me and I am now a proud owner of a 2012 certified pre-owned Chevy Silverado. The folks at Bayside were awesome throughout the entire process! I highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future :) More

I test drove 13 cars; 7 American and 6 foriegn cars before chosing my Equinox from Bayside. Ford was first car I test drove and I drove the Chevy second. Both cars set the pace for the other cars. The American cars fit my price range and in the end Ford & Chey were tied. It actually came down to the people @ Bayside who won hands down. Thanks Karen & Trevor for caring. I am loving my new car.
