The dealership was not pushy when I was walking around on the lot. Robert Smith was very polite and very knowledgeable on the pickups I was looking at. They gave me a new loaner to take home until the repairs were completed. This all took place on a Sat. They also transferred my running boards and mud flaps. Also they had a spray in bed liner done for me. My pickup was ready Tues. morning. Then Robert completed going over the things that were new to me. Great experience! More
