I had 8,300 miles on the Grand Cherokee when I decided I needed something smaller and the New 2014 Cherokee seemed to fit my needs. I test drove the Cherokee twice before I decided to purchase it. Beth was very patient and worked with me to get the vehicle that met my requirements. There was no high pressure to buy on the spot, which is rare in today's automotive dealerships. Thanks Beth and Mr. Adams, I love my Cherokee. More

I purchased a new vehicle from Adams Jeep on 18 July 2013. I started out by communicating back and forth with their online sales Rep Nick Call, who was very helpful in answering some preliminary questio 2013. I started out by communicating back and forth with their online sales Rep Nick Call, who was very helpful in answering some preliminary questions I had. Once I got to the dealership I was passed on to a floor salesman, Jerry Clark, who did a very nice job in showing me through some models I was considering and answering the bulk of my questions. I found the car I wanted and decided it was time to start looking at the numbers. He brought over a document detailing the list vs. discounts vs. bottom line cost. Unfortunately, the price was about $4,000 higher than I had anticipated as their web site advertises "THEIR" sales price vs. the MSRP, but this includes multiple overlapping discounts for military and/or college graduation, that most folks do not qualify for. i was told this is standard and all dealers do this, however in just a few Google searches I found other local dealers who clearly advertise their price WITHOUT those rebates, since most will not qualify and they do not want to come across as pulling the rug out from under a potential buyer. We talked and I was still okay with the price overall, as it was still a good deal. We mowed through paperwork and I reminded Jerry again that I wanted to ensure I got the Navigation programmed with the uConnect touch system that came with the car. He assured me this was not an issue, but that it would be in the best interest of time to save for the next day because the Service Dept was closed at this point. That aside, the hands free bluetooth was all set and ready to go for when I drove off the lot...except, it wasn't. I went to program my phone upon leaving and the unit would not pick up my cell phone. I went back the next day and saw Jerry, who assured me he spoke with the Service Dept and they just needed to "flip a switch." Well, that "switch" was actually $750 dollars in parts and labor that was NEVER mentioned to me. Jerry then said, "well if I had $750 to give ya we would make it happen," and started to open the door as I could tell he did not want customers on the floor to hear that he had lied to a customer. Overall, the experience was solid and I did come away with a great deal on a new Jeep, but when it was all said and done I definitely felt like I had been taken advantage of and left with no way to reconcile what had happened. Jerry seemed like a really nice guy and has tried to apologize (hard to know if genuine based on my experience), but I feel like I gave them $750 for free, because those features were told to me time and time again that they were included and we could hook them up right away. Had a intermittent problem where the car would stall and after spending more than $1500.00 at two other Jeep dealerships (without car for more than two weeks total), took my Liberty to Adams Dodge Jeep wher after spending more than $1500.00 at two other Jeep dealerships (without car for more than two weeks total), took my Liberty to Adams Dodge Jeep where they treated me like they really wanted to get to the reason this was happening. After just four hours of dropping off the car, they found a bad connection that was the cause. They charged me $208.00 and I had my car back the same day. It has been a month now and problem is fixed. Sue and the service guys were great. More
I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, first of all, the product is a GREAT SUV, an absolute dream to drive. Most importantly was the purchasing experience and working with Tom (sales)and Mario (sales mgr.) product is a GREAT SUV, an absolute dream to drive. Most importantly was the purchasing experience and working with Tom (sales)and Mario (sales mgr.) was rather pleasant, sense of humor, fun to bargain with, honesty and integrity. They made a usually unpleasant experience into a fun and pleasurable experience, no high pressure and made me feel like they appreciated my interest in a Jeep vehicle and chose Adam's to persue this interest. I will follow up on my experience with Adam's when I bring my Grand Cherokee in for service. Other that that, Adam's is a great placeto shop. Thanks Tom and Mario. More

I took my Jeep Cherokee to Adams Jeep not too long ago. As you would expect with most dealerships, my service pricing was somewhat higher than local mom and pop auto shops. However, my Jeep is older and ha As you would expect with most dealerships, my service pricing was somewhat higher than local mom and pop auto shops. However, my Jeep is older and has quite a few miles on it, so I decided taking it to a Jeep dealer would be a safe bet. Their customer service is outrageously poor. I literally have never come into contact with such rude company employees. Their representatives not only treated me as if I know nothing about cars (which I hate to admit, is true!), but they were extremely hostile and blatantly treated me as though they were doing me the world's biggest favor by speaking with me and allowing me to give them money in exchange for car service. I was helped by two of their male employees during my visit and not one of them smiled. When I first arrived to an assigned customer station, it took the representative literally 7 minutes to look up from his booth and acknowledge that I was his next customer. If that weren't enough, the extra cell phone I [used] to keep in my glove compartment (for emergencies) was stolen, along with my car charger. They also stole the manual that goes with my car and car registration, which I kept in a leather folder provided to me when I first purchased my Jeep. I had just moved back to the Annapolis area after living in Washington state for a few years when I took my car to Adams Jeep. In the end, I determined that they must have assumed I would never be a potential repeat customer given my out-of-state plates and WA state registration card--and therefore decided it would be alright to steal from a customer. Good thing I had my car re-registered with Maryland a week later, or I could've been in big trouble if ever asked for my car registration. More

He did not treat me with respect and insulted my intelligence with his disrespect. He told me to call him when I asked if he could call me. He offered me a vehicle above MSRP and told me that they don't finance cars there. The show room was dirty and old. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. More
