Dealership refused to service warrantied transmission on a new Jeep, purchased from them. The same parts had failed on previous occassions as well. I gave this dealer ever opportunity and they choose to tel a new Jeep, purchased from them. The same parts had failed on previous occassions as well. I gave this dealer ever opportunity and they choose to tell me to basically pound sand. Finally, I had to take the case to court. Very unsatisfied with the quality and ethical composition of this dealer. In today's competative marketplace, they must realize that service makes a difference. Please purchase your car elsewhere and avoid this dealer. More

I contacted Adams via email after trying three (or so) other dealerships, Tate called on the phone two days after I bought from Adams, Antwerpen never responded and I don't recall who the third dealer was other dealerships, Tate called on the phone two days after I bought from Adams, Antwerpen never responded and I don't recall who the third dealer was. Adams emailed me within an hour with a stock number, complete description via PDF (factory invoice) and of course a delivered price. I was amazed to also recieve a range of trade figures for my 300M based on my description (subject to visual verification) but alas I had information I could work with. I contacted Adams via Cars.com, by default they offer several dealers. For the life of me I can't imagine why the others even bother with the pretense of online service. I was suprised to find that Adams was a fairly small family run dealership, the process was highly sophisticated. I was treated well, the owner (Bobby Adams) thanked my wife and I personally for our business. I highly recomend Adams of Annapolis. More
