As soon as we entered we were greeted by a salesmen here at Bayside Chrysler whom was Luis and he helped us through the whole process. We were here passed there closing time which was 6 and they had no problem. We worked out numbers and were satisfied so we made a deposit and came the following day and picked up our new vehicle. Service department trying to rip you off I was there for diagnostics and at the end of the day I have received proposal to repair my car for $4500 ($2100 parts and $2400 labor) plus taxes. I I was there for diagnostics and at the end of the day I have received proposal to repair my car for $4500 ($2100 parts and $2400 labor) plus taxes. I have never seen such kind rip-off. The parts are mopar genuine and they are triple priced at the dealership then I have to pay to swap few sensors for $750 worse of work besides $700 for sensors. I have bought mopar genuine sensors myself for a price of $167 from Amazon and went to my mechanic who replaced them at $75. Here is simple math where they are trying to rip you off. Stay away from them as I highly recommend it. More
