In my 43 years of driving I have only bought 3 new cars because I have never been satisfied with the service department at the dealership. Bayside Chrysler Jeep has pleasantly surprised me with the quality of their service. Service manager Bob Kennedy makes sure that everything is done right, and special mention is deserved for the courteous service you will get from service writers Scott Levine and Josh Mitchell.
My salesperson Turgo was great, but I would buy another car at this dealership based on my satisfaction with their service department.
