Bay was open when I arrived. Regular service guy was not there but another colleague took my keys and checked the records. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I'm only giving 3 stars because they were able to get me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. However, I was told the oil change would take about 30–40 minutes, and it ended up tak able to get me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. However, I was told the oil change would take about 30–40 minutes, and it ended up taking nearly two hours before I got my truck back. That was very frustrating, especially since I planned my day around the estimated wait time. The service itself was fine, but better communication and more accurate time estimates would have made for a much better experience. More
