I used a coupon for an oil change primarily, but they also rotated the tires, checked the brakes, etc. They reported that my week-old rear brakes were at 4 mm. I complained. The service manager looked at also rotated the tires, checked the brakes, etc. They reported that my week-old rear brakes were at 4 mm. I complained. The service manager looked at them and confirmed that they look new. He was apologetic, polite, and understanding. I’m still disappointed with their mechanic. More
