I worked with Shayne, not Afton. The service department did well, however a little more attention to detail would have been better. It looked like, upon re-assembly of the seat area, a clamp was left un clamped. Also, the oil change computer memory on the car's main computer was not re-set to zero. That did get corrected. All in all, a good/ very good experience with room for improvement. Shayne was excellent. More

Absolutely terrible car selling process! It is apparent they never inspected the vehicle thoroughly that they were selling because the car's thermostat died within 15 miles of leaving the lo It is apparent they never inspected the vehicle thoroughly that they were selling because the car's thermostat died within 15 miles of leaving the lot once papers were signed. Additionally, we requested to have car tagged in Maryland. Completed the paperwork for MD tags and we pointed out to them that the original paperwork included pricing for VA, not MD. Paperwork was adjusted accordingly. Today, when the temp tags are expiring 19 Jan 2026, we receive NEW temp tags because they do not inspect the vehicle for MD despite them having the ability to tag in MD and they are 5 miles from MD border. We learn today that it is incumbent on us the buyer to have the car inspected for MD to receive the tags. Bayside has several locations - the only one we will deal with is Prince Frederick, MD for any car buying needs. More
