Where to start. James was nice during the whole process of trying to show me the car and work with me on my trade in value for the car I had. I accepted and traded my car in for the new bronco sport. He we of trying to show me the car and work with me on my trade in value for the car I had. I accepted and traded my car in for the new bronco sport. He went to fill the car up right before this picture and messed up the front flap for the tire and tried to hide it from me right before this picture was taken. A day later I got a call from the finance guy stating they gave me the wrong amount for the check for my loan and had to come back in with a check for the correct amount so I wasn’t overcharged for the loan. Fast forward a month down the road and they still did not pay off my car I traded in and dealt with them another time after that because they needed paperwork to sell my trade in because the title was still held by the bank that I went through for my trade in. James was as nice but nice doesn’t cut it for good service. I would not buy a car from here again that’s for sure. More
