Buyer Stay Away This place is the biggest rip off of all dealerships in Jacksonville. Stay as far away as you can. They sell you a car without servicing the cars and This place is the biggest rip off of all dealerships in Jacksonville. Stay as far away as you can. They sell you a car without servicing the cars and then want to charge you 50/50 to repair the vehicle. I purchased a car and less than 30 days I begin to smell anti-freeze. Took the car there and Jimmy the service manager first says he didn't see any leaks. They had the vehicle at 8:30am. I called at 2:30pm and that's when he told me he hadn't seen any leaks all day. He called me back less than 30 minutes later saying that the radiator had a crack in it and it would cost $600+ and he could try to get a good one. (Mind you, he didn't say new one) I happen to call a local radiator shop and found that a brand new radiator for the car would cost $114.00 and they had one in stock. This place preys on people. They tell you that 50/50 crap so you think they charging you half of the repairs when all they are doing is charging you with the total repairs. How could replacing a radiator that's not even new cost $600+ when a brand new one cost $114.00. I don't recommend ANYONE to buy a car from this place!!!! More

We called him 2 days after buying the vehicle and told the service Manager of the problem and he stated that we would need a appointment for Service . know that the longer he put me off the better the chance that they Can say we put a lot of miles on the vehicle . We only drove the car under 200 Miles ( Mostly to and from the dealership ) And they accused Us of the damage Charging us for half on repairs . when the vehicle was'n t serviced before we Purchased it . Cons at there best I don't know why I even went to this place.. I had a bad experience with a sales person years ago by upping the price right in front of my face... I had got approved for a certain amount for a loan... Found a car less than my loan approval... Guy tells me we just lowers that car thinking everything is working out on my favor... nope the took the sticker off right In front of me raising the price 1000$... I told my self never again... I would say 7 years later I'm looking for a work truck... I find one sales guy was actually straight up guy..... but a month after my purchase truck breaks down they made me pay to get it fixed even after it came with a warranty..... And they repo my truck because of my deductible wasn't what was in the contract we cal to agreement thatbitbwould be fixed ... meanwhile truck is still covers with full coverage... they still came and repo my truck costing me additional 500$.... there cons they sale polished terds... stay away..
