Hello there, We are terribly sorry that we could not make you what you considered and acceptable offer for your vehicle. We do use live data to come up with our pricing, that includes time of year, market saturation, vehicle make, model and mileage of course. So the fact that last month when you brought it in, was June right at the beginning of the season there could have been more of a demand for that type of vehicle in the market. Thanks for your response. I placed the car on "Cars and Bids" a nationwide auction site and sold it for $17,150 so even had you bought it at $12,000 you would have made $5k or 30%. Not a bad margin of profit, even for a dealer!
