Terrible Service Department Experience!!! I took my 09 Escalade in to have the driving light bulb replaced, and the rear passenger door outside handle. I supplied both of the OEM parts for th I took my 09 Escalade in to have the driving light bulb replaced, and the rear passenger door outside handle. I supplied both of the OEM parts for them to install. I was charged over $230 labor for these two fairly simple things. Two weeks after the install the handle popped out. I took it back to the service department to see if they would help me out in any way. It was inspected by the service manager and the technician who installed it. I understand they were not responsible for the part , because I provided that to them, but I was treated rudely and disrespectful! Neither one offered anything, they didn't want to accept any responsibility, nor offer any kind of solution. I was dismissed in an arrogant manner . I would not recommend this service department to anyone!! I took my vehicle to another dealership in the area for the same service, and what I was charged by Judd Kuhn Chevrolet, was outrageous!! More

They gave me what I wanted for my trade in sight unseen. they held the truck for a week and a half so I could get home, which is 2 1/2 hours away, take care of everything and get back. Brought a Used Truck with No Problems I was on the internet and saw a nice truck on your website with only 5500 miles and I had to check it out for myself. My wife and I got to the Dealer I was on the internet and saw a nice truck on your website with only 5500 miles and I had to check it out for myself. My wife and I got to the Dealership and Jordan met us as soon as we got out of the car. Very nice young man! He found the truck for us and we took it on a test drive.
