Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership! The salesperson didn’t want to wait on us because we were in the market for a new vehicle. Stated he only made $150.00 on a new car, but made much more o salesperson didn’t want to wait on us because we were in the market for a new vehicle. Stated he only made $150.00 on a new car, but made much more on a used car. Very unprofessional and “shady” business practices. Quoted me a price and them raised the price by $1,500.00 then they basically said sorry for your luck when they changed the price. Won’t ever walk back in to their dealership. More

I bought my Grand Cherokee at this dealership and have been back to this dealer several times with minor problems. My issues were never resolved and I was treated as if I were a 3rd citizen! Service has dropped in quality. Truck was there for warranty. They messed up a wheel and tried to have it fixed and looked worse than before it was sent out for repair. Brenda Thompson In 2015 my husband, Clarence Thompson, and I went to Beaman Dodge to see about getting him a truck. As we entered the showroom, Mickey Dolan greeted u In 2015 my husband, Clarence Thompson, and I went to Beaman Dodge to see about getting him a truck. As we entered the showroom, Mickey Dolan greeted us with a friendly smile, introduced himself and said “how may I help you today?” Mickey showed us one beautiful, red truck! We were very impressed with Mickey, and the Dodge Ram as well. This truck had all the bells and whistles on it!! Needless to say, we bought the truck! And we still have that same truck today. As the years past by, I decided I wanted a Toyota RAV4.. Well, I called Mickey and asked him to be on the lookout for a RAV4. He said that there’s one on the Website and it’s a hybrid. He then wanted to know if I was interested in a hybrid, I said, absolutely! That’s exactly what I want!! Then Mickey started telling me all the features the vehicle had, and by that time, I was sold on that car and Mickey knew it!! Mickey said “hold on a minute please!” Then he told me his manager told him that car just sold while he was telling me all about it. I thought he was kidding me, but he said that’s what his manager just said. At that point, Mickey assured me that he would continue looking for another RAV4 for me. He also said he would call me as soon as he finds one, and a month and a half later Mickey called saying, “I found a much better one, with a moon roof, a navigation system that’s unbelievable,leather seats, etc etc!!! I was so excited I couldn’t get to sleep that night at all!! Mickey told me to be there at 11: o’clock that next morning because the car was going to arrive at that time. Saturday morning at 11: o’clock, February 08, 2020, my husband and I were there... and we bought the most beautiful car l have ever had!!!!! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT!! and. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you Mickey Dolan, for all your time and effort you put into looking everyday, day after day, after day!!! until you found the perfect car for me. I can’t thank you enough!!!!!
