We came into the dealership a little over a year ago to check out the Durango. Our family was expanding and we needed a larger vehicle than our Nitro. After deciding which trim and other conveniences we wanted we went in and test drove one they had on the lot. It was not the one we wanted, but they were able to locate the exact vehicle and negotiate with the other dealer to get it. Mickey is very laid back and not pushy like sales personnel at other dealerships we visited. It was a great buying experience and not intimidating at all. More
