I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Beaman. The first 3 purchases went fine, this last one has been horrible. We went in 2 months ago to buy my wife a new car, she found the one that she wanted and we sign purchases went fine, this last one has been horrible. We went in 2 months ago to buy my wife a new car, she found the one that she wanted and we signed the paperwork. A couple days went buy and the finance office called and said that she needed to come back in to resign paperwork because he over charged her. She went and signed, 3 weeks went by and he called back and said that he did have the correct due date on new contract so she had to go back and sign again. 2 weeks went by and he called and said that he had to run her credit again and Wells Fargo would not take it because her credit score was too bad from being run already. This made him have to find another place that would take her and guess what the interest rate is higher. We went in today and talked to the manager and talked to him about it being more. He said that we were coming out better because the amount financed is lower but the payments went up and the amount we will pay is now more. When I said this the managers only solution was to tell us to pay the car off early. This was not a problem that we had anything to do with and we are the ones getting taken advantage of now. More
