Juan was very polite and knowlegeable about the car he was selling us. He pointed out all the features it had and explained to us how they worked. Jaun went out of his way to make us comfortable, he even brought the car to our house so we could look at it before we even delt on it with him. We have never had a dealership or salesman do that before. We would highly recommend Beardmore Chevrolet and Jaun Rodriguez. When my wife and I deside to trade our 2010 Impala in, we are coming back to Beardmore and Jaun to purchase our next vehicle. Thank You Mr.& Mrs. D.Robb More
Overall, the vast majority of the staff at Beardmore were very pleasant, the only exception being that my specific salesperson seemed very subdued and uninterested at times. I just felt that there wasn't the same warmth that I saw from other salespeople, both at other dealerships and even from other salespeople at Beardmore. Hopefully this was a rare misstep, as the vast majority of my experience was a very pleasurable one. While my salesperson wasn't as friendly as I would have hoped, he did still do a good job getting me a good deal and laying out everything so I had a clear understanding of what I was signing up for. I didn't feel apprehensive about anything while at Beardmore. I expect to be back the next time I need a car, and I would recommend Beardmore to my friends if they find themselves in the market for a new Chevy! More

We were looking for just the right SUV for my wife as she is vertically challenged at 5 ft. tall. She claims she is space efficient! Either way we had a hard time putting her into a newer used vehicle that would fit her. We test drove at least 8 or 10 vehicles until she decided on the Jeep Liberty. We had some problems with the electric windows right away and had the Jeep in a few times to get it fixed. We had purchased an extended warranty and the service department fixed the problems in quick fashion each time. The Beardmore Staff was friendly, provided us alternate transportation on short notice as we had to get to work the next day. I would buy again from this dealership and especially Brian his staff. I have taken my 2010 Chevy Impala for routine service for over a year and each visit with the service department at Beardmore has been above and beyond what I expect! They greet me by name and with a warm sm over a year and each visit with the service department at Beardmore has been above and beyond what I expect! They greet me by name and with a warm smile. Their waiting room is ALWAYS very clean and neat. I have recommended this dearlership to ALL my friends and family because of such a GREAT experience. I have only had my equinox about 3 months but have taken it in for its oil changes a tire repair and have had nothing but exellent service. They were ready and took my vehicle when I got there for my appoi it in for its oil changes a tire repair and have had nothing but exellent service. They were ready and took my vehicle when I got there for my appointment, advised me where I could wait ask if I wanted anything to drink, ect. Told me on the phone when I made my appointment about how long it would be and if any thing else came up while taking care of what I brought my vehicle in for it could be longer but they would let me know. The service dept kept me updated about half way through the oil change and was done in the time they have given me. I was very impressed by the service department and how I was treated. More

I have been going to Beardmore Chevy for service on my 2003 Suburban since we moved to Omaha in 2005. I was lucky enough to meet Frank Dubuisson on our first service visit and I have never considered goi 2003 Suburban since we moved to Omaha in 2005. I was lucky enough to meet Frank Dubuisson on our first service visit and I have never considered going to any other dealer. Frank has always been very accommodating with our service needs and tight schedule. I even stopped by for him to review an estimate after I wrecked my Suburban to ensure everything was included. I will continue to visit Frank at Beardmore Chevy service for as long as I have my Chevy! More

Terrance contacted me regarding my inquiry about a Chevy Sonic. I have been a GM owner since 1993 when I bought my first car however in 2008 I purchased an Uplander from H&H Chevrolet in Omaha and the thin Sonic. I have been a GM owner since 1993 when I bought my first car however in 2008 I purchased an Uplander from H&H Chevrolet in Omaha and the thing had problems from the very beginning...having to be put in their shop 32 times for warranty issues (three times for the sliding door, the heater seven times, replacement of a bad radiator, bad heater core, etc.) over the course of less than three years. I had been sold insurance coverages from Matt Smock for things I didn't need but the guy selling them to me took advantage of my new single mom status and convinced me that I might not be able to pay for the car if anything happened to me. Needless to say I purchased everything he told me I shouldn't ever buy a car without. Later learning that I was duped and when the car became unsafe to drive the service department would fix it then give it back only for me to have to return it again. I needed a replacement car badly and had vowed to never buy GM again. I looked at various companies to purchase my next car from and felt the same pressure that I received at H&H so I would walk out of the dealership no matter how close the deal was. I absolutely refused to be pressured into a sale again. Because of Terrance my faith has been restored in GM and car salesmen. I had already spoke with Terrance on the phone and when I walked in Terrance greeted me right away. I told him my time was very limited as I had appointments. I felt like he valued my time. We went over all the options available to the Sonic and which options would be best suited for me. Terrance was extremely knowledgable to the ins and outs of the Sonic which made me confident that he wouldn't tell me something that wasn't true. After the test drive we narrowed my options down to two packages and I told Terrance I wanted some time to think about it and run it by my boyfriend. Terrance gave me his card so that I had the number to call him back when I was ready. Definitely a much better experience than I have had in all the other dealerships in the Omaha/Metro area where I would go in and tell the salesmen/ladies that I was just there to look. I felt no pressure to make any decisions right then and there. Terrance was supportive in helping me to decide which options were best suited to my needs. When I made my final decision, I came down and signed an agreement. I felt confident walking out that I not only had received the best deal available but that I had received the best customer service in the Omaha Metro area. Also, wanted to point out that Terrance had introduced me to some of the other staff working that day at Beardmore to include Todd Beardmore. Every person I met was friendly including the person who held the door open for me prior to me meeting Terrance. Since the deal was made last week between your company and myself, I've since received offers for less. However, Terrance has made such a good impression with me that I wouldn't think of taking my business anywhere but Beardmore. I am now a customer for life More
