Over the past 25 years, I've bought 4 cars from Beardmore. They haven't changed and I don't expect they ever will. Purchasing there is an ACTUAL PLEASURE. After 20 years in the military, I've been to plenty of car dealers all around the country. Beardmore Chevrolet is the BEST!! From the friendly greeting at the door to the smile and wave as you drive away (in my case, in my newest car on Valentine's Day), the entire process is a pleasant experience. Our "most recent" sales person, Stacey, was there to answer any question we had about the car and ultimately to help us with the paperwork and that she did with a smile. No pressure to buy - only a deal we couldn't refuse!! Would we do it again?? You bet -- but not for a while. We usually keep our cars for at least 10 years!!! More

They were so helpful even with questions I had after the sale. I decided one day, during my lunch hour, to go buy a car I had seen on their website. I called and requested information about the car, they had it waiting at the door when I arrived. Someone waited on me quickly and before I knew it I was off on a test drive. I loved the car and we were on to financing which was completely painless. It was Halloween and everything was festive and everyone was in the holiday. It was great. After a short while I was back in the Finance Office signing the papers and driving off in my new van. It was, including drive time, just about 1 1/2 hours total. I loved the vehicle. It was a great experience and I would buy another car from there should the need arise. Great people working there. Nowadays, I appreciate a good shopping experience let alone a GREAT one!! More

My experience with beardmore was great. Everytime I go there I feel welcome and the people who have worked with me greet me by my first name and treat me with the greatest respect. The service department is wonderful they take care of my car in a timely fashion and they answer any questions I have. When I bought my car I was not pressured into buying it and I was given a great deal on a brand new car. I found a vehicle in there inventory from the web. I called them up. We agreed on a price over the phone. I put down a deposit with a credit card for them to hold the car. I drove to the dealership from about 300 miles away to pick up the car. It was exactly as described. The price was exactly as agreed upon....Paperwork was already drawn up, and in less than two hours, I was driving away in my new car. I cannot vouch for the service department, but Todd was great to do business with, and if you want a painless car buying experience call him. More
