WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFETIME My salesman, Todd Beardmore, took it upon himself to add in a spray on bed liner with the purchase of a Chevrolet Colorado pickup without discussing i My salesman, Todd Beardmore, took it upon himself to add in a spray on bed liner with the purchase of a Chevrolet Colorado pickup without discussing it with me....the method used to sell the extra warranties is not in straight forward dollar amounts, therefore; the end total was not what I thought I was paying....(it didn't help that I was in the dealership nearly 7 hours with my small dog)...when I returned to the dealership to ask about the bed liner and the nearly $6,000 dollars in warranties that were added on, Mr. Beardmore was very condescending. I requested that the contract be voided and my car returned to me, as there were less than 50 miles on the pickup. Mr. Beardmore refused. I had them remove all the extras and voided the warranties from the purchase agreement. I then went to Honda Cars of Bellevue (where I had done business with for over 10 years and had purchased three vehicles from) and traded the pickup for a Honda. Since my experience at Beardmore, several people in the community have expressed that they are known as one of the worst dealerships in Bellevue. Buyers, BEWARE of this one! More

Great Deal On a New Truck And Fast!!! Cody Lang-Kipp was a great salesman, and was very personable. He understand very well what I wanted, and he helped me get it. Masquerade Dismayed! I bought a brand new Chevy Spark, from there about a month ago! They gave me this whole speech about how they take care of their customers Dismayed! I bought a brand new Chevy Spark, from there about a month ago! They gave me this whole speech about how they take care of their customers and that's why they have this beardmore experience warranty! Within the warranty it states they will fix door dings and dents within a year as long as it's not more than 2 inches! So yes within a month my car got dinged, took it to the shop so they could fix it like the warranty states! The gentlemen in service called me to tell me that they were unable to fix the dent because it was on a body line. He proceeds to tell me that I will have to go to a body shop and pay it out of my pocket because they're unable to fix it at their shop? So I confronted them about the promise that they made and they're speechless the whole time! The warranty is a contract between Beardmore and I although dents are covered by the warranty you have failed to agree to take any remedial action and therefore in beach of contract. I would make one final request you take remedial action in accordance with the contract. If however you are not prepared to do this I will have no choice but to instruct a third-party to take this action and will seek reimbursement from you in full. More

Big liers I bought a 2007 Explorer Sport Trac about 6 months ago. The front wheels were grouling, but they said it was the new tires they put on it that made th I bought a 2007 Explorer Sport Trac about 6 months ago. The front wheels were grouling, but they said it was the new tires they put on it that made the sound.. When I got back to Topeka I put different tires on it, but the noise never changed. I took it into the shop and they had to put new wheel bearings on both front wheels. Cost me almost $970.00 and Beardmore Chevy said their was nothing wrong wrong with it. Lea Thomas (sales person ) for them took the test drive with me and even she heard the noise. It was loud. Management said all vehicles are road safe ,but this was not and they would not back it up.
