I scheduled an appointment for 8am, when I arrived I was told there was only one tech scheduled for the day and that the others were on vacation or at Ford Training. My car wasn’t started until 1245 and I got a call around 4pm that if I wanted them to finish looking at my rear windshield wiper issue I’d have to leave my car over the weekend. I was very disappointed that the service was unable to be completed and I needed my car for the weekend so I had to tell them to not complete the analysis. Had a loaner vehicle been offered I wouldn’t have been as frustrated, however because it wasn’t warranty or a recall one was not offered to me (I was offered a $79/day rental). More
