They were not able to fix the problem - and we are trying to get this issue resolved before the car goes out of warranty. It has been 3 weeks and the service manager still has not returned my phone call, I h to get this issue resolved before the car goes out of warranty. I've bought my last 4 cars from another Ford dealership. They always gave me great customer service. My husband wanted to give Beau Townsend our businesses. His father worked for this company for 40+ years. They always gave me great customer service. My husband wanted to give Beau Townsend our businesses. His father worked for this company for 40+ years. Im happy with my purchase. I did have to take it back over for an oil change. Which was inconvenient for me. And the inside of the car was not cleaned properly. It had something sticky in the drink holders. Something was spilled on the seat and there were crumbs everywhere. I expected better. Its the little things that make a difference. More
