I came in and was very pleasantly greeted by Donovan. He offered his assistance to get the keys to take the car for a test drive. Chris provided all the details of the contract and spoke at a level where there were no questions for us to ask. After completing the paper work, Donovan took us back to finish up a few things and then took us out to my new car. He showed me the features of the car and took the time to program my cell phone. When I showed my friend my new car I learned the Cheverolet dealer didn't even help her get hers set up. I was able to help her because of the assistance I got from Donovan. I was also impressed when I received a call from your dealership to make sure I was doing okay and to see if everything was working the way it should be and told me to call if a I needed anything. Here comes Paul, he states to us that he has an MKS on the used lot that was one owner and had low mileage. The MKS is a beefed up Taurus per Paul. We test drove the car and wrote up the deal. Excellent communication. Mike in finance is also very friendly and personable. On Sunday we returned to the dealership and Tim Peffley helped us put our cell phones into the system in the MKS. Tim did not know us but Paul asked him to help us out and he did it very willingly. Absolute great customer service. Thank you to all who were involved in our visits. More

When we pulled in the lot, Larry stood right there waiting for us waving his hand. He asked which car we were interested in and within 5 minutes we were on a test drive.
