We purchased our new Lincoln Town Car from another dealership three hours from our home. The A/C did not seem to be working correctly. Eugene was courteous and listened to our problems. The wait was very reasonable and the waiting area comfortable. Gene explained what appeared to be the problem and they had taken action to correct. We were asked to return for a follow up in three weeks to insure there were no leaks in the A/C line. We did that today and received the same great service.
