Very professional, honest and helpful. Paul answered all the questions we had and we looked at several other cars that might have met our needs. The car had two minor problems, the drivers seat belt was dir the questions we had and we looked at several other cars that might have met our needs. The car had two minor problems, the drivers seat belt was dirty and the passenger seats lumbar support was broken, seat belt replaced and the seat repaired when I made the final deal. I left the dealer ship but returned within 20 minutes beacuse the airconditioner was not right so paul had the service department take a quick look at it and found a minor problem and fixed it on the spot.
