The day I went, he was fairly busy with other customers calling or showing up but he multitasked very well and I didn't feel I was getting brushed off. I had a very bad experience with another dealer and with it being my first time getting a car from a dealer, I was a little apprehensive with Beau at first. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I was a nervous wreck to come and purchase a car. There is only so much a person can research to prepare for the experience. We spoke to Johnny on the phone and told him about a vehicle that we saw on the internet. When we arrived, he was there is the parking lot and had the vehicle pulled around and ready for us to drive. We drove a couple of vehicles and I never felt pressured or felt like he was "trying to make the sale". He was looking out for us and wanted to make sure we were happy. As soon as we decided which one we wanted, he smiled like we had been friends forever. It was a very busy day and apparently everyone wanted Johnny. My husband and I were not in any hurry. Johnny kept apologizing for the wait to complete the purchase process. There were people ahead of us trying to get financing. Small things like offering us coffee and checking up on us every 5 to 10 minutes mean a lot. Then it was time... We officially owned the vehicle. Then we went next door to meet Michael. The Financing step can be such a scary experience. He was unbelievable. He walked us through every form and made sure we understood. Explained the importance of the bumper to bumper and wanted us to be covered. I left feeling great and knew that there was no way I would experience buyer's remorse after working with those two. With 2 kids that will be driving in a couple years, we will definitely be back to see Johnny and Michael!!!! Thank you for changing the way I have seen car dealerships. More

Jeanine Bussard and Dave Towner Are Amazing! I live in South Carolina. Late one evening I sent an internet inquiry asking information on a new 2014 Ford Focus I was considering for my mother in I live in South Carolina. Late one evening I sent an internet inquiry asking information on a new 2014 Ford Focus I was considering for my mother in law. By 8:30 the next morning Jeanine Bussard (Internet department) had my questions answered. I had a few follow up questions which she answered soon after posing them. Satisfied with the information I then spoke to Dave Tomer at the dealership to obtain firm pricing and obtain financing options for my mother in law. Dave was very knowledgeable and thorough yet never pushy. We agreed upon what I feel were outstanding purchase and finance terms for the purchase of the vehicle. The next morning transportation was arranged for my mother in law to travel the 30 miles to the dealership (I'm not sure I should disclose the exact details of the arrangement but nonetheless, this service was a God Send for my mother in law). Dave took my mother in law for a test drive to make sure she was comfortable with the vehicle before purchasing it. He also took great care, time and patience in tutoring my mother in law all the vehicle's features and how to operate them (her last car was a 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis she had in South Carolina). The paperwork was prepared prior in the morning so the purchase went smoothly. My mother in law then followed Jeanine the 30 mile trip back to her new home in Greenville, just to make sure she made a safe trip back. In my humble opinion both Dave and Jeanine selflessly went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! I highly recommend both of them to anyone in the market for vehicle.
