I started out working Jeanine Bussard via the Internet and email. Jeanine was quick to respond to our questions, but respected our privacy. We were stunned and impressed by how quickly she acted on our request. That was amazing service! Unfortunately Jeanine was out sick when we got to the dealer the next day to make the purchase. But Joe Petty was ready and waiting to step in and help us complete the sale. Joe took the time to step us through every detail of the vehicle, got our trade-in evaluated while we test drove the new vehicle, and was waiting for us when we got back. He made sure we met the Sales Manager and Larry Taylor, which brought a personal touch to the sales event. While we worked with the finance department, Joe took it upon himself to go through our trade-in one more time and found a couple items we had left in it. The parking pass for my wife would have been a problem had Joe not found it for us. Once the paperwork was completed, Joe took us out to the new vehicle, walked us through the vehicle one last time, and sent us on our way. The entire Townsend team made the process quick and easy. My van had broken down on my way to Ohio from Florida. My brother, Mike Rasor brought me to Squire as he has purchased several cars thru him. Long story short, Justin's professionalism, attentiveness and personable attitude led to me driving home my brand new 2013 Ford Fusion SE - which I love. I also have to mention the assistance provided by JR Rash. When Justin was not available, he was able to pick up where Justin left off providing me assistance with the new wheels I want.
