I had to repeat myself several times before he realized I meant what I said. He would have misled me on a couple of issues, but I was not interested in the package. I should not have to be forceful to be believed. The woman who answered the phone when I called the dealership on Saturday acted like she was doing me a favor, rather than being a partner in a transaction for the business. If Ron weren't so wonderful with his customer service attitude, the dealership would have lost a sale. More

Tim Peffley was superb....great salesman...helped us get what we really wanted. Ken Emrick was quick and efficient with the financing...it only took a few minutes.
