Had been shopping for new truck for a month. Came across Beau Townsend web site; they are approximately 45 minutes from my house. After trying unsuccessfully to get new truck pricing after Ford rebates, I found the web site did an excellent job of giving all of this information in real time. The sales rep, George, was helpful in keeping the process painless. Because of the web site, I was able to show up with 5 trucks I wanted to see. George showed me one used truck in addition to 4 of the 5 I asked to see. A couple hours after arriving on the lot, I was pulling out with my new truck. Easy transaction. All aspects of the deal were easy. George was never a high pressure salesman. When we got home, my wife said, she'll definitely go back when we are ready to replace her car. More
Experience was pleasant and Mike was very good to work with. Your aggressiveness on trade in's was very disappointing and resulted in being inconvenienced to sell may car to Carmax. Though they paid me more for the trade, it still rsulted in my losing a significant amount of money in taxes paid on this transction. ( If I understand the way trade in's work, I would have only been taxed on the difference between my sales price and the trade value. This cost me well over $800 in additional taxes. I think you should install factory remote start and provde me rubber floor mats as a result of this added expense to me. I ordered the mats and was quoted $71 for them and $571 for the remote start!. Came from St. Louis, MO to purchase a very low mileage used F-250. It was raining upon arrival, but Squire had my vehicle detailed and inside waiting. They even took the time to put a coat of wax on it, which was fantastic as it saved me having to travel home and immediately do it myself.
