I purchased my car from you 13 years ago, and have always had it serviced at Beau Townsend, and never had a complaint, but this time I will admit that I was not very happy when I left there. First I was charged almost $200. to tell me I needed a part that was worth more than my car. I was told that I was not only paying for the mechanic, but everyone else that was sitting in the office, not good, you might want your employees to rephrase that. Then when I go to pay, I was informed that there would be a 3% charge to use my debit/credit card. I understand why business are adding this charge, but don’t you think that it should be told to you before you pick up your car so that you can have a choice of paying cash. With the price of having a vehicle serviced, it’s not just change we’re talking about. More
