Inspection and recall work. After dropping off my vehicle for yearly inspection and some recall work we had a little confusion the following day. I called to follow up and and no After dropping off my vehicle for yearly inspection and some recall work we had a little confusion the following day. I called to follow up and and no one was sure of my vehicle or the work to be done. Only to find out later that I was almost a year over due for registration. Once Jess, my service advisor arrived to work she was quick to resolve the mix up and inform me that my registration was way over do and that was part of the mixup. Jess worked promptly to resolve this and help me get my registration renewed, even took the time to send me pics of reg and insurance card so is had all the info needed to complete this task. All said and done, she had my all task complete on my vehicle. In less than 5 hours!!!!!!! Thanks beaver county auto. More
