I wish I could give this dealership zero stars because that’s exactly what they deserve. I recently bought a vehicle here, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. They sold me a complete lemon—within that’s exactly what they deserve. I recently bought a vehicle here, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. They sold me a complete lemon—within 2 weeks, the left front axle was bad, the windshield trim came off and needed to be replaced A-Pillar. This is supposed to be a "reliable" vehicle? What a joke. This is a used car purchase, with 65,000 miles and granted its used. But to have it less than 2 weeks and not honoring these repairs is absurd. When I tried contacting the salesperson, it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. He couldn’t care less. Every time I called; I got passed around to different people who all gave me the same empty promises: "We’ll call you back"—spoiler alert: THEY NEVER DO. Not to mention, the attitude from the staff was beyond rude, and they acted like I was the problem for wanting what I paid for. The salesperson said the Manager won’t help you. He just shrugged off my concerns like I was wasting his time. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID Beaver Toyota – Saint Augustine at all costs. They’re just out to make a quick buck and then vanish when problems arise. I wouldn’t trust them to sell a bicycle, let alone a car.
