We usually have a great visit. But this visit they started on my car late after being told it really ready by noon and then I got a call. I’ll be ready by the end of the day and th But this visit they started on my car late after being told it really ready by noon and then I got a call. I’ll be ready by the end of the day and then the next day and then the end of the day again, there was miscommunication on where my car was supposed to go after getting tires replaced. And then it was very obvious that the interior detail was rushed just to get it back to me. Windows weren’t fully cleaned in the back. The seats weren’t deep cleaned at all. It was a very poor job. I would rather than have told me it would be back tomorrow and leave it at that and then try to rush to get it done. The headliner wasn’t done, which is part of the interior detail. Overall, not a great experience this time. The only positive was our host. He is phenomenal And was really apologetic that service had messed up. More

Maybe at the most took me 2 minutes to say yes I don’t think Honestly that I have another option at that moment and he started arguing with me ?, I’m in the costumer service department and that is the last thing you are supposed to do with your Guess with the people who pays your salary , so It was Friday the 16th and I was supposed to drop the rental , I didn’t go Friday already angry with the treatment, so on Saturday I called the dealer explaining the situation and Carla I guess was the only one professional and told me I’m going to tell my manager , and he’ll call you in 15 minutes , he called me saying the car is ready , so I went on Saturday my car was delivered and around 4:00 pm I got a called from the manager saying that I took the key , and yes They put the 2 keys inside the truck , so He ask me to return it I said I can’t I’m at work but you can send someone to get the key , I work in Brookhaven, then he said when would you. E able to return the key and I said maybe Monday , I work Inlive an hour away from the dealer so the fact I have to go takes me 2 hours at least depending on traffic , I didn’t go on Monday I went on Wednesday when is my day off I got there at 11:30 my car had a noise that obviously I have to take it to see what was going on???, so they ask me do you have an appointment I said no but I’m returning the key that you put in my truck by mistake , , the manager Brooks I guess didn’t even show up to thank me for bringing up the key ?, I asked David I’m here I live an hour away and I’m wondering if you can do the service on my car ? He responded yes we’ll do it for very professional as well, so He took me with Jordan , and Jordan was nice & polite , and he told me at least it’s going to take 4 hours , so it was 11:40 when he told me this , then around 4:10 Pm 4 &1/2 hours after I went to ask, what was going on???, and He look at the pc , and told me, that they did the service , but they hadn’t look at the problem with the noise ?????, so long story short it seems that the truck still has some noise , I’ll test it tonite bc yesterday I just played music and I forgot about it , they performed the maintenance service but not even a wash ??? Not even resolve the problem for what it seems?, I lost a complete day , I spend money in gas and my problem wasn’t completely solved , I have to comeback on Tuesday , guys you REPRESENT THE MOST IMPORTANT CAR MAKER COMPANY PLEASE ACT LIKE YOU WORK FOR IT , not alike you work for X company , I do t want to complain but I really had a bad service , Jordan and the technicians have a misunderstanding and It can happened but don’t make this a habit , Thank so if I go on Tuesday I’m expecting that you at least wash my car properly and fill up my tank , Have a great day More
Everything at the dealership was great. The service department was quick to check in my vehicle, do the initial check, and give me an estimated time of wait. There is free coffee and tables to work on stuff or chairs to sit and relax. I got an update on my vehicle during the technician check. Overall great experience. They got me out sooner than they anticipated. More
