Was offered a special price for oil change. Comments on invoice stated oil change special service, but when it was finished was charged full price. Service tech we talked with acted like there was no spec invoice stated oil change special service, but when it was finished was charged full price. Service tech we talked with acted like there was no special oil change pricing. I had to call the person and then get a refund. Once I had called back in and gotten the details then the service tech knew what I was referring. Will not deal with that service person again. Price was great and completed very quickly. More

Overall ok experience with the dealer, good experience w Lui I went in to purchase a used Rav4 with a trade in, but ended up going elsewhere. The dealership is nice and with a lot of perks (maybe too much co I went in to purchase a used Rav4 with a trade in, but ended up going elsewhere. The dealership is nice and with a lot of perks (maybe too much concentration on that) but Lui is what made the experience a good one. He listened and helped as much as he could. He tried hard to work with me and get me set with the right car and trade in amount, but in the end I just couldn't rationalize a very high dealer fee. (compared to average rates for GA) Also there is a Beaver Benefit mandatory add on that made for more than $1000 more to the price. Even if I did live close enough to put it to much use, I'd rather get in a better doable price range than have any of those "perks." I bought elsewhere at a different type of dealer, but he was good enough to remember a review for him! Lui's manager was great too, but I cant recall his name. I do remember he was from Florida. More

Based on the reviews I read prior to visiting, I thought I would be dealing with a reputable dealership. This was not the case. The Sales Manager was actually belittling. Making smart remarks to my comments about the differences I could see in the valuations. Also, he used the same old trick I’ve seen on every car deal...”I’m not supposed to show you this, but....” People, do your dang homework before you go shopping. **UPDATE** Salesman called first thing the next morning ready to deal. Ridiculous to go through this drama. More
