When you purchase a new Toyota, you'll receive your first 2 years/25,000 miles of regular maintenance for free, after that is used, your Lifetime Oil Changes with your Beaver Benefits package will take over whenever your vehicle is due for your oil change! So as long as your vehicle was due for the oil change, it should have been covered! Maybe there was a miscommunication during your visit and I would love to look into this for you!
