I spent 38 years in a car business and retired 10 years ago. I have worked for some very fine dealerships since 1977 but I have to tell you I have never been in a dealership that runs so good and seamlessl ago. My sales person who obviously has been doing this a while and knows what he’s doing. The whole process was seamless and enjoyable and you don’t sense the tension in the air that you feel in other dealerships. I’ll be back for another Toyota sometime in the future.
