Took my tundra in for the first 5k service. Service department employees were very polite and got me through the process easily. The reason I gave 4 stars is I learned upon dropping my truck off that 5 department employees were very polite and got me through the process easily. I visited service to have windshield wipers changed and oil changed. I left dealership thinking all had been done. When I got home, I checked wipers and they were same old ones. A trip back to dealershi oil changed. I left dealership thinking all had been done. When I got home, I checked wipers and they were same old ones.
