I had my oil changed a few days ago and I got there right at 8 in the morning. They did the normal inspection and found that both the cabin air filter and the engine air filter needed changing. Got everything done and was back on the road in right at two hours. My goal is to keep the vehicle in absolutely best possible condition. The end result is to keep the LC in the best condition and extend the life as long as possible. More

Had my bumper repaired in the collision center. When I picked up my vehicle, the radio would not pick up any station (only static). I returned to the collision center a few days later, and they could not identify the issue. They check the antenna connection and found no problem. They gave me zero explanation. I was then told they would have to charge me to go any further. When i brought my vehicle in, the radio worked. When I picked it up two weeks later, the radio would not pick up any station. And now I’m stuck having to pay someone else to diagnose and correct the issue that occurred while the vehicle was in Beaver’s possession. I will be buying another Toyota soon, but definitely not from Beaver. More

Very friendly and accommodating service team, but my car did get lost in the shuffle a bit and I had to seek out an update after 2 hrs despite being told it would be an hour and 30 in all likelihood.
