BUYING OUR 2017 QX60 MEET JOHN HART AT THE 2017 PORTLAND AUTO SHOW. FROM THE FIRST I KNEW THAT HE WAS SOMEONE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DEAL WITH. WE DID A TEST DRIVE A WEEK MEET JOHN HART AT THE 2017 PORTLAND AUTO SHOW. FROM THE FIRST I KNEW THAT HE WAS SOMEONE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DEAL WITH. WE DID A TEST DRIVE A WEEK LATER AND GOT SOME PRICES. WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WERE GOING TO DO MORE TEST DRIVES OF OTHER CARS. HE SAID THAT HE WAS THERE ANYTIME IF WE NEEDED MORE ANSWERS. Awful customer service experience! Is so awful , when you go to a dealership and everybody is so nice and helpful at the beginning. I got my car from here, walked out very pleased with the customer service, until I picked up my car ... First the financial guy got fired or something, never heard from anybody for days , I HAD to called them myself because nobody ever did! Then the guy who took over was a complete jerk and rude. Also my sales guy wasnt friendly after the sale and had not idea what was going on with my car or anything else related to it, they don't seem to communicate with each other. Awful experience after all! More
Overall good experience I knew I wanted a car and Greg took care of me by finding a late model with low miles. I think the car was mislabeled as a base model but was a sport awd model so I got a great deal compared to KBB, no negotiation except my free coffee mug :) The upsale for extra warranty and protections were helpful and not high pressure. I'm happy with my experience and my car. More
