I was looking at a specific vehicle on their site for about 3 months and I got lucky that no one had purchased it. I called and talked to Calvin and gave him the info for the vehicle I was looking for. We then exchanged a few emails, I had him run credit for myself and my co-borrower, I was already approved when I walked in the door. All I needed to do was test drive and sign, and I was done. I was in and out in about 2 hours including a test drive. Couldn't ask for better service. More
