They came up some but added an extra $900 for a sealant that they never mentioned or that I remember seein on the 1st offer.if my wife did not want the car so bad I would have walked out. They have lost a customer. All I asked was to be treated fairly I do not think they acted in good faith. Had to cancel my 5 year maintenance contract and a accessories part order. Can not give anymore money to a business that operates in this way. More

We took our QX 56 in to have them do the paint check for the recall. They said all was good with the paint on our vehicle. Not so much, we now have a huge area above the windshield and an area along the hoo the recall. They said all was good with the paint on our vehicle. Not so much, we now have a huge area above the windshield and an area along the hood that have or are peeling. Both the dealership and Infinity corporate are saying we’re just out of luck. They will do nothing to help us with this issue on our vehicle. Really disappointed and unhappy that they think it’s OK to know that they have faulty paint and are not willing to fix it. Our other experiences with this dealership have been positive, but their lack of support to get the corporate office to make it right makes me feel obligated to share and continue to share my experience. Do be careful though, like any dealership, they will try to sell a bunch of additional add-ons. They didn't push back when I said no though, so it was fine. They did raise the price of the vehicle on me and said it was because the market was going up and they base the price of the vehicle on the market. Jeff acted like his hands were tied and he couldn't get the price lower. To his credit though, he locked me in at this second price when the dealer went to raise the price a third time. Overall a positive experience, just realize they're a business trying to make money, just like every other business. More
